My career began with a summer job in a baseball stadium cooking pork chops on a huge charcoal grill. I have been a private chef for elite political leadership, entertainment industry legends, and iconic sports figures. It has taken me around the country and across our bordering oceans. I only know one fact for sure: everyone loves good food.
